Commercial Electronic Message Consent

This consent is optional and applies only if you give it separately and explicitly. You do not need to give marketing consent to make a booking, and you can withdraw it at any time, free of charge.
This text explains the scope of the consent you may give for bagaj to send you commercial electronic messages (campaigns, announcements, promotions) under Law No. 6563 and related legislation. The Turkish text prevails.
1. Scope of Consent
If you give consent, bagaj may send commercial electronic messages about campaigns, discounts, new services and announcements to the e-mail address you provide.
2. Optional
This consent is entirely optional and is not a condition of making a booking or receiving the service. It is collected via a separate, unchecked box in the booking flow and is never bundled with acceptance of the Terms or the KVKK Notice.
3. Transactional Messages
Booking confirmations, reminders and mandatory service-related notifications are not commercial electronic messages; you receive them as a necessary part of the service without separate consent.
4. Right to Opt Out
You may refuse commercial electronic messages at any time, without giving a reason and free of charge. You can opt out via the link inside the message or by writing to destek@bagaj.app. Your request is applied within 3 business days at the latest.
5. Message Management System (İYS)
Your consent and opt-out records are managed through Türkiye’s Message Management System (İYS) as required by law; you can also update your message preferences via İYS.
